Incoming calls work fine from GV to Gizmo5 / my ATA. But outbound calls try to go out on Gizmo5 which you have to pay for instead of GV. Any suggestions? Please check your NAT settings and stun server settings. You dont have to add google voice number to gizmo4. Just add gizmo number to google voice. Go through http://www.exoticpages.info/google_voice_free_phone_service_tutorial_part_1.html to understand this clearly.
